How to get there

Route de la Plate Taille 99, 6440 Froidchapelle

Route

Too bad – this adventure park, which is located next to the Eau d’Heure Lakes in Froidchapelle, has plenty more to offer than just this activity. Natura Park offers a variety of activities, such as a zip-line, an exploration game and a barbecue area next to the Plate Taille lake. And when it comes to parking, that’s a breeze.

Treetop adventure courses for children and adults

If you’re on Team Vertigo, even the pleasant staff won’t change your mind. All the better – someone has to cook the sausages in the designated barbecue area.

For everyone else, this treetop adventure course guarantees excitement! And to answer your questions:

  • Yes, the place is family-friendly. There are courses for everyone over 1.6 metres with their arms raised.
  • Yes, some courses are suitable for children over the age of three.
  • Yes, one of the courses – the panther course – is perfect for the most daring thrill seekers.

In short, no one is left out.

Zip-lining and bungee-jumping: are you for real?

The zip-line course is emblematic of this site: thrills in the heart of nature. To put it simply, you are suspended by a harness more than 25 metres off the ground and glide between two trees and, most importantly, over the lake.

The largest zip-line is over 200 metres long. It is one of the largest of its kind in Belgium.

The bungee-jump involves taking a leap into the void, more than 20 metres high, with the cord holding your harness as your only support. It feels almost like a traditional bungee-jump, but in this case, you jump with your feet pointing down and swing. No matter what, once you reach the platform, there’s only one way down.

Your opinion on the Explor Game

If treetop courses aren’t really your cup of tea, the Explor Game is equally exciting. We join two charismatic characters, Tico and Itzà, in their search for medallions that will save their empire. This adventure blends a treasure hunt, geocaching and an escape game.

The game unfolds throughout Natura Parc. It takes around 90 minutes and covers four kilometres. Players are guided through the game by a tablet. You can even compete as teams.

What do you say: are you ready for adventure?
