This is not your average bakery. There is a dazzling, inspiring energy here. This comes from the figure behind this project in particular: Caroline Mahy, who has been passionate about baking her entire life.
After working as a physiotherapist for ten years, Caroline decided to make her childhood dream a reality by becoming a pastry chef. First, she took courses in baking and pastry making, before opening her boutique in Chimay in 2017.
Her speciality? Macarons. She has something for everyone (speculoos cookies, praline, passion fruit, raspberry, to name a few). Delicious.

Caroline does not limit herself to macarons, though. You feel her designer to challenge herself in her boutique, but also to listen to customers and, most importantly, to make them happy. As a result, this pastry chef has developed an entire range of high-end products.
She now offers fabulous chocolates for every holiday, crispy and crunchy biscuits and flaky pastries that have been baked to perfection.
